2 、Dyeing
● Has yarn suction device of XP1 tension controller.
● Two boiling grooves and two pneumatic mangles
● Seven color pans, seven pneumatic mangles, seven oxidizing support.
● Three wash bowl, three pneumatic mangles.
● Chinese-type mill roll
● Dye solution circulating system.
● Dye solution supply system.
● XP1 tension controller for the 12 drying cylinders; Spray coating of 4-fluorine on the former 6 drying cylinder; the color yarn will be divided into two layers and then combined into one layer on the latter 6 drying cylinder.
● The dyeing part will be driven by 30KW AC frequency conversion motor and side shafts, or synchro-driven by multi-unit AC frequency conversion motor and pneumatic tension roller.
● Yarn-storing length on the storing support: about 80~100m.
3、Sizing
● Double-soaking and double pressing size trough, with the maximum pressure being 15KN or 25KN
● The squeezing roller is evenly arranged, two-stage switching of squeezing force according to the crawl speed and working speed.
● 12 stainless steel dying cylinders; Spray coating of 4-fluorine on the former 6 drying cylinder; the yarn will be divided into two layers and then combined into one layer on the latter 6 drying cylinder.
● The loom beam will be driven by PUX4 winder; pneumatic operation for the disengaging of full roll and doffing.
● XP1 speed controller for each section of yarn tension device.
● The sizing part will be driven by 15KW AC frequency conversion motor and side shafts.
